As a marketing expert having vast 30 years of experience in international marketing, he would prove as an asset for the international reach and the formation of core marketing strategies of the company. Since the last 30 years. During his business tenure, he has gained rich experience in dealing with many domestic and international FMCG customers.
Mr. Prashantt Rupani is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University aged about 45 years and has worked in the business Process Outsourcing Industry for more than 14 years. He is a dynamic entrepreneur with diversified experience which helps the organizations get pure perspective. He has around 15 years of experience in export import of agricultural goods. He is actively involved with overall supervision of the activities which are taking place in the company.
Mrs. Jigna Thakkar has past experience in in field of farming and is also well aware about Governance Laws and practices proposed to be followed by a listed entity. Mrs. Jigna Thakkar, being independent Director of the Company since September 2015, has brought independent judgment as well as gender diversity to be Board.
